At first it was only the missing tramps and poor who could be ignored. But then Maureen Sullivan’s aunt went missing walking home from Mass in the blinding snow. Only Father Ignatius had a clue to what was happening: It came from the terrifying vision he’d had — the decomposing face, the open, glowing eye, the mouth smudged against the thin cloth that covered it.
